1) International Day of Yoga is observed on 21st June every year as a global event.

1) This year’s theme of International Yoga Day is “Yoga at Home and Yoga with Family”.

4) People shared their photographs and videos performing yoga, on social media.

7) Due to COVID-19 and recent dispute with India at Galwan valley; China observed the day as a low key affair.

9) In the Guna district of Madhya Pradesh, a new world record was set by 62,000 people performing yoga via online platforms.
10) At Palk Strait in Rameswaram, people performed aqua yoga.
